The Space

Our cozy double room is a self-contained unit with its own front door. It is equipped with a compact kitchenette, a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom (with toilet, shower) and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is included, and you will have access to your own Sky account during your stay. The room boasts

beautiful countryside views and is the perfect spot for hiking, cycling, or a restful retreat.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to your own private outdoor space in the garden at the back of the guest suite. Please note that the Hot Tub facilities are not included if you book room and outside Kitchen only.

But you are more than welcome to use the area for the bbq, seating, firepit, etc.

GUEST INTERACTION

We want you to have your own space, but we are available to help if you need anything.

OTHER INFORMATION

We offer a BBQ and fire pit for rent in your private garden area. If you would like to order

the BBQ Starter Pack or The Firepit Package, please place your order via our website.

We provide fire packs for the fire pit on site.

Please do not use or bring your own, as we have specific wood requirements.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

OUR PLACE -

Our place is very peaceful, and you may spot a variety of wildlife, including deer,

pheasants, rabbits, and wild birds.

GETTING AROUND

As we are located in the countryside, you will need transportation to get to the shops,

which are a 10-minute drive away. We have a local store only three minutes away by car

that offers basic supplies. They also offer a FREE park and ride service in Kinross

if you would like to visit the City of Edinburgh, etc.

You may encounter our friendly feline, Holly, who loves to welcome guests.

Plan ahead and book your taxi early to avoid disappointment.
